The Befaco Hexmix is part of a dual module system. It comes in two parts which are each sold separately. One part is the Hexmix which handles all the typical mixing duties you'd expect and the Hexpander (sold separately) adds aux send facilities to the fold.
The Hexmix is specifically designed for your Eurorack system and takes up 6U of rail space. This is so that controls across both of the modules can be shown in traditional mixer fashion. The Hexmix module itself features loads of functionality for your mixing output. It includes a great three band EQ for honing the tonality of your sounds. You can even EQ the master out for further control. It features panning options for adding dynamic spacing to your output mix which makes it great for live performances and direct recordings. A feature unique to the Befaco Hexmix is the muting function, it smooths off the muted audio so it prevent any artifacts coming through which is really great for onstage. The Hexmix's design is strongly influenced by DJ mixers which gives it a performative edge.
Add more functionality to the Hexmix with the Befaco Hexpander which is sold separately.
