Key Features
Product Ref: 308891
The Venue DI is the first all-discrete acoustic guitar pre-amp to unite a transformer-coupled DI output, an EQ and footswitches for its volume boost and tuner.
The full capabilities of the Venue DI become clearer as you start to play. The 5-band EQ has tunable low-mid and high-mid band capability, and is specifically tuned for acoustic instruments. The Venue's transformer-coupled DI output allows for maxiumum isolation. The footswitch for volume boost can be used to compliment your playing style whether to compensate for changes in style or to highlight a solo. Players can use the DI to pre-set the desired amount of boost. There is also a footswitch for the chromatic tuner which is easy to read and mutes all outputs when activated, so your tuning will not detract from your performance.
The phase inversion button on the Venue DI will provide you with your best sound and feedback control, even whilst the Garrett Null anti-feedback notch filter provides effective feedback control by sweeping the primary feedback range of your acoustic guitar and cutting the frequency that can cause feedback or ringing. The adjustable gain dial is one of the most important features to achieving optimum sound quality and signal-to-noise ratio. The LED clip meter visually optimizes the gain setting so you can get the appropriate setting every time.
