Snare rims can take plenty of punishment without a loss of tuning stability. Simply tighten the rod as normal, and then spin the wheel on your K-180 Spin Tight drum key to lock the rod into place. The Pearl SPT-6PK Spin-Tight Pack features 6 spin tight tension rods.
